The stay was wonderful overall. The staff was particularly accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised when the clerk asked whether I preferred an upstairs or downstairs room. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, making mornings a delight. On the downside, the seating in the room could have been more comfortable, as I would have liked a couple of chairs to relax in. Still, the warm decor created an inviting atmosphere that felt like home.

The hotel had clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a great breakfast selection. However, the front desk staff could have been more attentive, and I had to deal with an uncomfortable AC unit that cycled abruptly throughout the night. Overall, a solid experience with room for improvement.

We had an excellent stay! The breakfast was a delight and Barbara was so attentive, ensuring everything was replenished. Our room was cozy, and my husband loved the comfy pillows.

The hotel was really great for our large family with 4 kids! We appreciated the outdoor pool, which offered a fun way to cool off after spending our days exploring the nearby Canongate Golf Club. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our needs.

My kids wished there were more activities specifically for children. A dedicated play area would be great to keep them entertained while we relaxed.

Perfect for a family getaway

We stayed for a night and I was astonished by the breakfast selection, it was truly better than I expected. my kids were in heaven with all the pancakes and fruit. The staff were friendly, I mean exceptionally so. helped us with an extra bed without any hassle.

It was a bit of an investment, let’s not kid ourselves, but the experience justified the cost.

Had a great stay with my friends! We enjoyed the outdoor pool and took advantage of the complimentary Wi-Fi to plan our days. We checked out the Tennis Center and Canongate Golf Club, both awesome spots! Plus, the hotel shuttle was super handy for getting around within a 5-mile radius.

The only downside was the fitness room being a bit crowded during peak hours, but we managed to get our workouts in.

The breakfast choices were outstanding, especially the grilled meat, and the staff was courteous and eager to assist, even accommodating a ground-floor request at check-in for my husband with mobility challenges. However, there was an unpleasant odor in the hallway leading to our room, and although everything was clean, the front desk service felt average. Conveniently located near various shops and restaurants, the hotel still met our needs well throughout our stay.

would like to stay longer

The king room was super spacious and clean, with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a microwave. The bathroom was large with a shower. Breakfast was great, with scrambled eggs, meats, and fresh pastries. The outdoor swimming pool was a nice touch after a long day. Staff was really accommodating, asking for our room preference when we checked in.
